About WALHALLA, building with German standards in Varna
WALHALLA is a construction company in Varna, founded by people who know both worlds: German contractual and quality culture, and the Bulgarian construction market with its pitfalls and opportunities.
The idea was born from personal experience: building our first own home on the Black Sea coast, we went through what many foreigners go through, vague quotes, upfront payments, building sites without documentation. We decided to found the company we had been looking for ourselves.
Today WALHALLA works with permanent Bulgarian crews, English- and German-speaking project management, and one principle that decides everything: we only promise what we can put in writing, fixed price, construction schedule, warranty.
Our name stands for what a house should be: a hall built to last. No mythology kitsch, but with the ambition to deliver work that deserves its name.
